SNAP recertification with changing income

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 12 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
