SNAP recertification with changing income - 5 weeks in

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
