SNAP recertification with changing income - 5 months and counting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There are 10 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
