SNAP recertification with changing income

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 13 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
