SNAP recertification with changing income - 4 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
