SNAP recertification with changing income - 3 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have been trying to stay organised about it. There are 8 people in my household.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 3 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
