SNAP recertification with changing income - 22 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as an office manager before this. There are 3 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 22 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
