SNAP recertification with changing income - 20 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. There are 4 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
