SNAP recertification with changing income - 2 months and counting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There are 6 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
