SNAP recertification with changing income - 2 months and counting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
