SNAP recertification with changing income - 2 months and counting

I lost my job as an administrative assistant and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
