SNAP recertification with changing income - 2 months and counting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
