SNAP recertification with changing income

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 11 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
