SNAP recertification with changing income - 16 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have been trying to stay organised about it. There are 15 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 16 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
