SNAP recertification with changing income - 15 weeks in

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There are 7 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
