SNAP recertification with changing income - 13 months and counting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 15 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 24 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
