SNAP recertification with changing income - 12 weeks in

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 12 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
