SNAP recertification with changing income - 11 weeks in

I lost my job as a data-entry clerk and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?
