SNAP recertification with changing income - 11 weeks in

I lost my job as a social media manager and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. There are 16 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 11 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
