SNAP recertification with changing income - 11 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Any experience at all would help. There are 11 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
