SNAP recertification with changing income - 10 months and counting

I lost my job as a social media manager and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 3 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 10 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
