SNAP recertification with changing income - 10 months and counting

I lost my job as a customer-service rep and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There are 14 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 7 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
