SNAP recertification with changing income - 10 months and counting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 15 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
