SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - what worked for you?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 17 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
