SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - what worked for you?

I lost my job as a marketing coordinator and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. It has been a long 2 weeks. There are 9 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
