SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - what worked for you?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 17 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
