SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - what worked for you?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There are 17 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
