SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - what worked for you?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a machine operator before this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 20 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
