SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - what worked for you?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. It has been a long 2 weeks. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 2 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
