SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (update)

I lost my job as a janitorial supervisor and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
