SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (update)

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 22 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
