SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (update)

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There are 15 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 5 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
