SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (update)

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
