SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (update)

I lost my job as a social media manager and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 4 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
