SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (update)

I lost my job as a data-entry clerk and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
