SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (Toledo)

I lost my job as a school bus driver and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There are 17 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
