SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?, security officer here

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Thank you in advance. There are 18 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
