SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (San Diego)

I lost my job as a home health aide and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I worked as a home health aide before this. There are 14 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 9 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
