SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?, sales associate here

I lost my job as a sales associate and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There are 7 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 14 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
