SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (Omaha)

I lost my job as an accounts payable clerk and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There are 10 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
