I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
