SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?, logistics coordinator here

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 17 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
