SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (Kansas City)

I lost my job as an electrician's helper and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have been trying to stay organised about it. There are 15 people in my household.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
