I lost my job as an insurance claims processor and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 8 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
