SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?, hotel front-desk agent here

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. It has been weighing on me all week. There are 9 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
