SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - first time posting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
