SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - first time posting

I lost my job as a marketing coordinator and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 25 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
