SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - first time posting

Hiro Okonkwo · 2026-06-30T04:32:28.711Z

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There are 12 people in my household.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
