SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - first time posting

I lost my job as a line cook and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 12 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
