SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?, delivery driver here

I lost my job as a delivery driver and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
